Yes, all the pickles, podis, fruit syrups, jams etc are freshly prepared according to the orders received.
Where is the source of your honey?
We get our honey from the honeybee farms of Kerala. It is 100% original and unprocessed.
Does your coffee powder contain chicory?
No. Our coffee powder is Chicory free.
What is so special about your products?
All our products are made from high-quality ingredients and homemade masalas. Our pickles are made using unrefined sesame seed oil, homemade masala etc without any preservatives. You get more pieces, enough gravy and less oil from our pickles. All our products are free from preservatives and artificial flavours and colors.
How long does your products stay good?
Usually, we say that our pickles stay good for 45 days from the date of manufacturing. But if you refrigerate it and use clean, dry spoon/ fork to take the pickle, it would remain good for about 3-4 months .
Our fruit syrups and jams stays good for 2-3 months under refrigeration. But we bet that you will finish all of it within a few days, it's that tasty!
Honey and coffee would last a year or more depending upon the way you store it and the utensils you use to take it from the stored container
How do you pack the food items?
We use strong and thick glass bottles to pack pickles, honey, ghee and fruit syrups. We pack our products securely to prevent any damage during the transportation.
If there are any damages that happened during transportation, please contact us with the images of damaged items. We will take back the damaged item and replace it with new one.
What is the mode of payment?
You can either make payment via online transfer or opt for cash on delivery.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, cash on delivery is available on all our products
Will you share the tracking id?
Yes once the order is placed, We will send you a confirmation email containing the details of your order. We will also send you the tracking details, once order is dispatched.
We dispatch the products in 2-3 days depending on the availability.
Is there any shipping charges?
Free Shipping - Orders above Rs.500/-
Rs.35 will be charged for the orders less than Rs.500/-
There are discounts and free shipping for bulk orders.
How long does it take to deliver the products?
Normally, depending upon the location it would take 2-7 days for the products to get delivered. It might get delayed by 2-3 days more during festivals or other similar situations.
Do you accept returns? If yes what is the procedure?
We accept returns only in case if the product/bottle is damaged upon reception by the customer. Please take a picture/ video while unboxing the package. We accept returns only if the return request is placed within 7 days of receiving ( because of the perishable nature of the products).
Once the return request is approved, our logistics partner will facilitate the pick-up of the item from your location. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged through our delivery partner, you can return the item through a third-party courier service available in your location. We will refund the full amount along with the courier charges.
Do you deliver in my area?
Currently we are delivering in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Maharashtra
We have tied up with a reliable logistics partner that ensures reliable delivery across cities in India. Currently, we do not deliver outside India.
We restrict the delivery of certain products with lower shelf life to certain pin codes to ensure safety measures. So we would request you to check the availablity of the products at the time of checkout. Based on entered parameters our system will process the eligibility of the order.
How do i order products in bulk?
Save money when you buy in bulk! We offer discounts on bulk orders depending on the product and the total invoice amount.

What is the procedure to cancel the order?
Cancellation of orders can be done directly from the order details page (If you have created an user account in our website) or by contacting our customer support number. However, cancellation of orders can only be done before we dispatch the ordered items.

What if I am not available during the time of delivery?
Delivery will be rescheduled by our courier partner and the rescheduled date will be provided to you.
